Santa Baby!

It's almost Christmas, my favourite holiday! One evening a couple of years ago, I illustrated Ice Cream Man for fun not knowing that it would be loved by so many. Still today, Ice cream man remains one of my favourite images and has received recognition on the cover of Applied Arts magazine, 'chosen' by American illustration and featured on many more websites and blogs. So I wanted to take a moment to say "thank you". Thank you to everyone I had an opportunity to work with this year, my friends, my family, and those who reached out to me and showed me their support.

In midst of the holiday spirit (and as a tribute to Ice Cream Man), I came up with this fun drawing last night. Enjoy and MERRY CHRISTMAS!

And of course, this post wouldn't be complete if I didn't show you my roughs :P

The Return of King Kong

If King Kong existed in our times, I'm sure we would all be too busy to give him our attention. With that said, here's a quick image I did for fun today. ~Enjoy :)

Call Of The Wild

Happy Holidays Everyone!

I wanted to do this post for a while now but I've been occupied doing a lot of holiday shopping and just spending lots of time with family and friends. I do think this post is just perfect with Christmas around the corner which has everyone in a shopping frenzy. So enjoy this post about Shopaholics!

Call of the Wild Process

A while back, I had the opportunity to illustrate for Psychology Today Magazine about identifying Shopaholics in the wild. I love keeping up to date with fashion trends so I was more than ecstatic to do this illustration.

Here were some of my initial concepts:

My process work:

And then 2 variations of the final illustrations. The yellow background was selected to go to print by the art director but the one with the red-orange background is my personal favourite.

Shout outs to Joshua Rains who kindly mentioned me in his blog and is also a brilliant illustrator himself. Check out his website at

Hope you enjoyed this post. Look forward to the next one before the end of this week.
